Yes. We have a team specialized in property management and we will be renting out your apartment free of charge.

Is the property mine forever?

Yes. Since 2002 the government has introduced free-hold areas where you can own land or property forever and pass it on to your children and grandchildren as well.

Can I sell my property?

The process to sell your property in Dubai is very simple and quick. You can even sell at 30% not even completing the full payment of your property.
